Using DramaWatch means accepting what follows. It is short on purpose.

1. What you are using

An index and a player interface. The listings describe series held in third-party catalogues; the video streams from those catalogues, not from here. DramaWatch claims no ownership of any series, artwork, synopsis or subtitle shown on the site.

2. Availability

The site depends on catalogues it does not control. Titles appear, change and disappear without notice, playback may fail for reasons upstream of here, and nothing on this site is offered with a guarantee of availability or accuracy.

3. Acceptable use

Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service, attempt to bypass access controls, republish the listings as your own, or use the site to distribute material you have no right to distribute. Automated access that behaves like a person browsing is fine; automated access that behaves like a denial of service is not.

4. Accounts

An account exists only to keep a watch list and a resume position across devices. It is optional. Abandoned or abusive accounts may be removed.

5. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, DramaWatch accepts no liability for loss arising from its use, from content reached through it, or from its unavailability.

6. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
