Carson gave up his place as heir to a powerful family to be with Evelyn. After seven years of building his own fortune from scratch, he is ready to offer her a ten-billion-dollar equity stake as a betrothal gift—only to catch his girlfriend cheating with her swimming coach. What Evelyn doesn’t know is that the “ordinary boyfriend” she has looked down on for seven years is the hidden power behind the Kingsley Group.
